This book is very practical! It's like an experienced old Chinese medicine doctor is chatting with you, explaining the knowledge of commonly used Chinese medicines in an easy-to-understand manner. I especially like the medical cases in the book, which are very similar to some of the experiences of my relatives and friends, which gave me a deeper understanding of traditional Chinese medicine. However, I kind of hate people who always follow the script. This book made me understand that Chinese medicine requires constant practice and thinking. Recommended to beginners of Chinese medicine like me!
