Tartaglia, the Eleventh Harbinger of the Fatui, has many younger siblings. Miana is one of them. She is the second “Genshin Impact” in the family, after Tartaglia, to receive a Vision. Unlike the other siblings, whenever Tartaglia is home, Miana clings to him and asks him to teach her martial arts.
