I Wait for You Beneath the Cold Lamp, Upon the Paper

[Mutual Devotion] [Two Strong Leads] [No Over-the-Top Drama] [They Actually Communicate] Zhi Ruyi, princess of the Chiyu clan, meets Meng Qingheng, a laid-back man burdened by a notorious reputation. They meet and grow close. She thinks she's a stand-in, but it turns out to be true love. Meng Qingheng sits on a cliff beneath the moon. Long ago, he was alone. Much later, Zhi Ruyi nestles beside him and holds him tight, her eyes shining. She says, "They never had a choice. But with you, not only did I have one, I made the right choice..." The two defy fate, striving for each other and for the world from beginning to end. Leaving behind the usual misunderstandings, wicked second female leads, and tortured romances, in this life, all they want is to cherish each other. Every day Zhi Ruyi is away, Meng Qingheng stares into the distance, lost in thought. By the cold lamp, I write on paper of my endless longing for you. Have you received it? You said you love the snow. When will you return? I'll wait for you.
