The Hyuga Clan has plenty of people and Byakugan to spare. Absorb enough of them, and surely he can awaken the Tenseigan! Low on chakra? No problem. He loves running off to other villages and getting blasted by a barrage of ninjutsu! Taijutsu? Sorry, he can convert the force into kinetic energy. Can you withstand a punch he's been charging for ten years? With his golden finger, Neji goes around causing trouble throughout the shinobi world. Wherever there's a fight, Neji Hyuga is there, all so he can absorb enough power and soon be able to punch Momoshiki and kick Urashiki.
