In the not-too-distant future, the world faces an unprecedented threat: a transnational criminal organization known as the “Shadow Order.” Using advanced network technology, biological weapons, and economic manipulation, the organization poses a grave danger to global security and economic stability. To fight this threat, the United Nations coordinates the world’s major law enforcement and intelligence agencies to form a special task force called the “United Frontline.”
