In the height of summer, a passionate red rose draws closer to a white gardenia.
At the end of summer, Xu Qing smiles radiantly inside a car beneath the KTV. It is a smile Xie Yan has never seen before. He stands in the darkness, utterly unlike her.
High school, college, the workplace.
Through all those years, he has waited for Xu Qing to come to him.
“Xu Qing.” Xie Yan has loved her ever since he learned her name.
Amid the chaos of a clothing store, with shouting and screams, a pair of scissors comes too quickly to dodge.
And Xie Yan stands in front of her.
What is Xie Yan like?
Kindhearted? Someone who needs looking after? Xu Qing doesn’t know when she began to truly love him.
He is warm and always considers her feelings.
Xu Qing can’t understand how someone could keep loving one person for so long.
He says, “Because it’s you.”
You gave me the courage to love.
