Strength Training Theory and Methods for Excellent Speed Skaters

This study uses scientific research methods such as literature method, expert survey method, on-site observation method, and testing method to conduct a follow-up study on the strength training process of the national speed skating team (domestic and foreign teaching staff) preparing for the Vancouver Winter Olympics, collect, record, organize, and analyze the strength training plan and its implementation. Based on its successful experience and rules in training concepts, methods, load arrangements, etc., Existing problems were discovered, and combined with the current development trend of strength training, the means and methods of core strength training for Chinese speed skaters were designed, as well as a personalized pre-match strength training plan for key athletes preparing for the Vancouver Winter Olympics. At the same time, the Delphi method and testing method were used to establish an evaluation system for the strength and quality of my country's outstanding speed skaters.
