The Bonds of Burning Love: A Sweet Trap

I want to adapt this novel into a short film, so stay tuned, and thank you for your support. (I’m a film and directing student.)

In a bustling city lives a boy named Zhang Mengmeng. Innocent, kindhearted, and adorable, he never fails to make people smile. His dream is to become a star and stand onstage, basking in the spotlight.

Lu Siyue is the president of a major corporation. Young and successful, he is domineering yet refined, the prince charming of countless women. His sole goal in life is career success, and he has always kept his distance when it comes to romance.

But things soon take a turn for the worse, and Zhang Mengmeng’s dream hits a setback. He enters a talent show, hoping to become famous overnight, but things don’t go as planned. He is devastated and discouraged, and even begins to doubt his abilities and worth.

Just then, his classmate Yan Ruirui makes it into the entertainment industry.
