A Study of Northern Song Ru Ware

This book is an archaeological monograph on Ru ware. It puts forward clear opinions on specialist subjects such as “crab-claw patterns” and “egg-white-glazed brush washers,” and proposes eight methods for identifying Ru ware porcelain. Written in accessible language, it combines rigorous research with related stories and legends. It is suitable for collectors of all kinds and has considerable publication value.
