With humanity’s home on the brink of destruction, the international scientific community devoted all its efforts to developing a machine they claimed could save it: a time-space machine. It could send a person from the present back into the past, inspiring humanity to change its ways and protect the planet, thereby saving the human race. Or it could send someone through time and space into the future, to see how people of the future had solved the current crisis...
However, just as the time machine was about to begin its test run, Zhang Lin, a man fleeing his pursuers, accidentally hid inside it. The machine activated, and he became the “mysterious traveler” in Earth’s time-space journey.
