I, the Venomous Strategist and Living Yama, Am Told to Keep Calm by the Empress!

Chen Ping'an transmigrates to a parallel universe where martial arts and television worlds, including Da Qing, Da Qin, Da Tang, and Da Ming, have merged. The female emperor Qin Xuan'er ascends the throne of the Great Qian Dynasty, and Chen Ping'an places first in the imperial examination, unexpectedly awakening the Poisonous Strategist System. Whenever he offers a sinister plan, the empress adopts and carries it out, and he completes the mission, he receives generous System rewards that make him stronger. Martial artists from the jianghu are throwing the Great Qian Dynasty into chaos, and the empress is troubled by the situation. Chen Ping'an volunteers a plan: “Your Majesty, I have an idea. Spread word that a rare treasure has appeared at Shili Fort in Jiangnan, drawing people there to compete for it. Then trap and eliminate them, leaving Jiangnan without a new generation of martial artists. This will resolve the threat posed by Jiangnan's martial artists wreaking havoc across the realm, and give the Great Qian Dynasty a chance to develop its national strength. It will lay the foundation for Your Majesty to establish an eternal divine dynasty.” The plan leads to the deaths of countless martial artists, and the mystery of the Jiangnan martial artists becomes an enigma for the ages. A once-in-a-century drought strikes Jiangnan, leaving the people destitute. Chen Ping'an proposes blowing up Yongping Lake, flooding Yongping County without regard for the people's lives, and opening a canal to ease the drought. The civil and military officials curse Chen Ping'an for treating human lives like grass. They impeach him, while the empress calls him the living King of Hell. As he continues completing missions, he obtains character summoning cards and summons Jing Ni, an assassin from the Luo Wang organization. By continually offering plans and completing missions, he earns System experience points to cultivate martial arts techniques and skills, growing ever stronger... Many years later, after the empress has transformed the Great Qian Dynasty into an eternal divine realm, she discovers something to her horror. Empress: “You weren't a frail scholar. You're an unparalleled, defiant powerhouse who has been protecting the Great Qian Divine Dynasty?”
