This set of Yang-style (internal strength) Tai Chi (commonly known as the Old Sixth Way) was a set of exercises that Yang Luchan used to teach his family members (some say he taught them to high-ranking officials in the palace). He never shows it to others, so few people in society know about it. This set of boxing is different from other Yang-style Tai Chi in that it belongs to the middle frame.
The practice methods in this book were personally taught by the author's mentor, Li Hesheng. In order to facilitate the majority of Tai Chi enthusiasts to quickly practice the secret internal skills of the past, the author combines the experience of study and research to analyze in detail the traditional internal training methods and basic skills of Tai Chi, using the internal Qi drill process, hoping to play a role in "inspiring ideas", so that more Tai Chi enthusiasts can truly understand what "inner skills" are and how to practice this kind of Kung Fu.
The analysis of body movements of Tai Chi (Old Six Ways) in this book is accompanied by instructional videos, which can be viewed by scanning the QR code after going to the corresponding chapter.

He gave a detailed analysis of the training methods and basic skills of Tai Chi using internal energy, and also included a teaching video, which is very helpful for Tai Chi enthusiasts. I think of my uncle, who has been practicing Tai Chi for many years, but I always feel that he has not developed his internal strength. I have to recommend this book to him and let him study it carefully. I hope that through this book, he can truly understand what "internal strength" is and practice Tai Chi internal strength as soon as possible!
Excellent works are like treasures, worthy of deep study and collection.
I have a lot of very good feelings
