Mr. Gu, Let Me Run Wild in Your Heart

【Two powerful leads + both pure + happy ending + everyday madness + two hopeless romantics】 Gu Wangci always thought he was arrogant and ruthless enough in Country Z, but he never expected a woman to mistake him for a lecher and beat him black and blue. They first met in bed, both naked. The man's eyes turned red, and so did the woman's, though hers were red with anger. She had spent years holding her own in the orphanage and had never once been taken down, only to be thoroughly taken advantage of by a man. “You bastard, you deserve to die!” The woman went straight for him, punching him until his face was bruised and swollen. When she'd finally vented her anger and tried to leave, he grabbed her hand. “You hit me and think you can just walk away?” President Gu hoisted her over his shoulder and took her straight to the civil affairs bureau. The woman stared at him in disbelief. “You're serious?” The only rule in the Gu family is that you take responsibility for the women in your life! So even though this woman had beaten him up from the start, she still meant a great deal to him. Years later, the woman stood with a bomb in her hand, hands on her hips, furiously intent on destroying the whole world. President Gu held her close. “Honey, let's not have any more kids. If you say we're done, then we're done.” The woman roared in fury, “You said the same thing years ago! Prepare to die!”
