Since ancient times, people have said that time cannot be turned back. Even the tiniest flutter of a butterfly’s wings can bring about endless changes. And those unscrupulous little Systems dart through the river of time, churning it into raging waves and keeping it forever on the brink of chaos.
One flower, one world; one tree, countless offshoots. As more and more web novel writers join the fray, the little worlds they create grow ever more numerous. But writers often lose interest after only a few minutes, abandoning many little worlds before they are complete and leaving them to drift in the far corners of the universe. Nothing in this world is purely black or white, and Systems can be good or bad. These fledgling little worlds are the perfect playground for other rogue little Systems to run amok. To deal with this, the Time Management Bureau established a special task force to capture the Bugs scattered across these little worlds and keep the river of time from seething with hidden currents.
