One night, in the back garden of a hotel, a petite, blindfolded girl sits alone. Gu Shimeng, out for a walk to clear her head, strikes up a conversation with her and is drawn into an abyss called fear.
One bizarre event follows another, and life is no longer safe. Even Wen Luoling, the only person who can protect her, seems to have her sights set on Gu Shimeng. It looks like she has to choose between her life and her virtue, but in truth, she has no choice at all.
