The book begins with the early history of Native American groups, and divides chapters by region. It tells the language, culture, spiritual beliefs, and social structure of North American indigenous tribes from the Apache to the Tlingit, as well as the major battles between tribes and with Spain, France, Britain, and the United States. It also explores the weapons and equipment of the North American indigenous people, as well as their strategies and tactics that are completely different from those of European colonists. It also includes a large number of documents and pictures to freeze wonderful moments in military history.
