The New My Fair Princess: A Congyan Story

This story follows Xiao Nianci, the legitimate daughter of the Xiao family. She once had seven older brothers who doted on her, but she disappeared during an outing. The accident left her with a head injury and amnesia. By chance, she met Xia Ziwei, Qianlong’s illegitimate daughter, and because of her, Xiao Nianci, who had no connection to the imperial palace, became Qianlong’s adopted daughter and Princess Huanzhu. As she and the Fifth Prince spent more time together, they fell in love. But the Fifth Prince’s birth mother, Consort Yu, stood in their way, while Xinrong constantly schemed to frame them and drive them apart. Distrusted by the Fifth Prince and her closest friend, Xiaoyanzi was utterly heartbroken and chose to take her own life. In the end, she regained her memories and avenged herself.
