Synopsis

"Much Ado About Nothing" is one of the four comedies by the British playwright William Shakespeare. Written in 1598-1599, it was the most mature period of Shakespeare's comedy writing. Several clues are cleverly interspersed in the play, the most fascinating being the love affair between Benedick and Beatrice. They vowed to be single at first, ridiculed each other, and refused to give in. In the end, they fell in love with each other and became a perfect union.
