Come On! Bringing Technology to Every Dynasty

[Alternate History] [Science Fiction] [Wild Imagination] What would it be like to max out the technology trees of every dynasty? A Qin dynasty with planetary bases, a Tang dynasty whose journey was to the stars and beyond, a Han dynasty ruling the world and shaking all eight directions?... Mega-projects! Aerospace! Agriculture! Urban culture! Max them all out, along with each dynasty's indispensable military might! Ahem, nuclear weapons count as military strength too, right...? What? Glass is stronger than steel? Alloy steel can be sharpened enough to slice through iron like mud? Emperor Taizong of Tang: “Xuanling, tell me, if one day someone said they could climb up to the moon and take a look, would it be true?” Fang Xuanling's bafflement: +1 Taizong continued: “And what if they could take lots of people and fly around in the sky?” Fang Xuanling's bafflement: +10. Uh! Is His Majesty trying to cultivate immortality? Or fly on a sword? With passengers? Taizong went on: “What if, from ten million li away, one could destroy a city with a single sword?” All the ministers said: “Your Majesty, please take care of your health!” Wei Zheng remonstrated: “Your Majesty, you mustn't become obsessed with immortality and seek eternal life!” The Tang Empire, not long afterward. Pointing to the Tang dynasty's latest research achievement, code-named Tang Longsword-17, Li Shimin said: “I have a sword that can destroy a city with a single stroke. What do you think, my ministers?” The ministers looked at one another, gazing at the formidable weapon before them. They all replied: “Your Majesty is wise!” By the time Tang technology could grow vegetables on alien planets, Goguryeo couldn't help wiping the cold sweat from its brow. It was true: better to surrender early than arrive at the wrong time. And what about the Japanese pirates across the sea...? Uh! It seemed they'd become one with their island forever.
