A Borrowed Seat in the Library

When antique book restorer Shen Zhiyi takes on a cataloguing project at the municipal library, she unexpectedly finds half of an unsent love letter tucked inside an old book from the Republican era. The ink of the signature, "Xingzhi," has blurred, as if hiding regrets left unspoken. The library consultant handling her project, Lu Xingzhi, sees the book and his fingers tremble. It belonged to his grandfather, and notes inside reveal the secret of how his grandfather and a woman missed their chance at love for an entire lifetime.
