Good, very good, very energetic. I hope the protagonist can pick up the slack soon. It's hard to comment. He was afraid of his former subordinates even though he knew they would not harm him. He knew that something was wrong with them but did not find a way to communicate with them. Instead, he just sat back and watched them gradually become pathological. Alas.
