The concept of building the foundation with God and the unity of heaven and man mentioned in this book is very inspiring. Just like my uncle who practices Tai Chi, he often says that only by achieving the union of spirit and form can one truly appreciate the essence of Tai Chi. This is very similar to the point of view in the book. Moreover, the discussion about meditation in the book also reminded me of "sitting and forgetting" in "Zhuangzi", which both emphasize the practice of inner peace. However, for us high school students, we still need to study hard and then explore these profound truths.
