People like peace and quiet, but they are often disturbed by various thoughts. People like tranquility, but they are often distracted by desire. If a person can eliminate desires and distracting thoughts, his heart will naturally be peaceful; if he can clarify his mind, his spirit will naturally be clear. In this way, all kinds of desires will not arise, and the three poisons of greed, anger, and ignorance will be naturally eliminated. However, people often fail to do this because their hearts have not been completely clarified and their desires have not been eliminated. If you can eliminate desires, you can look inward into your own heart, and there will no longer be the concept of "heart" in your heart; look out at your body, and your body will no longer be troubled by "shape"; look at various external objects from a distance, and there will no longer be any distinction between "things" in external objects. Once these three realms are understood, you can only see the void; observe the void, and the void no longer exists; the void no longer exists, and "nothing" disappears; "nothing" disappears, and you will naturally reach the state of profound tranquility;

Only by retaining the principles of heaven and eliminating human desires and returning to nature can we attain the Tao. Water benefits all things without fighting, which is close to Tao.
