To clear the mind and drive away desires, one should always be still, without arguments or attachments. This is the true and constant way. Therefore, it is necessary to keep quiet while being empty, and to always return to one's nature and benefit health.
This article really refreshed me
Listen to me if you have anything to do and cultivate your character
Studying is not scary, learning the Tao is scary. After learning the Qingxin Sutra, you fall asleep and the teacher comes to see you. You are a tiger in operation. You work until you stop fine. You feel stupid when you get up early. You want to sleep or not. The problem is really scary.
I finally know why the reading time is so short
People like peace and quiet, but they are often disturbed by various thoughts. People like tranquility, but they are often distracted by desire. If a person can eliminate desires and distracting thoughts, his heart will naturally be peaceful; if he can clarify his mind, his spirit will naturally be clear. In this way, all kinds of desires will not arise, and the three poisons of greed, anger, and ignorance will be naturally eliminated. However, people often fail to do this because their hearts have not been completely clarified and their desires have not been eliminated. If you can eliminate desires, you can look inward into your own heart, and there will no longer be the concept of "heart" in your heart; look out at your body, and your body will no longer be troubled by "shape"; look at various external objects from a distance, and there will no longer be any distinction between "things" in external objects. Once these three realms are understood, you can only see the void; observe the void, and the void no longer exists; the void no longer exists, and "nothing" disappears; "nothing" disappears, and you will naturally reach the state of profound tranquility;
Only by retaining the principles of heaven and eliminating human desires and returning to nature can we attain the Tao. Water benefits all things without fighting, which is close to Tao.
It is truly an amazing book, which simply and clearly explains the nature and characteristics of Tao, as well as the state of purity, and its method of getting rid of desire and restoring the spirit to purity.
Listen to it when you have nothing to do, calm your mind and wash your soul
Treat impermanence with a normal mind
The non-dual mind method of alchemy
It sounds okay after listening to it
If people can always be peaceful, everything in heaven and earth will return.
This must be praised! It is recommended to read the "Morning and Evening Work Sutra of Taishang Xuanmen" directly to avoid searching for each book one by one and read it all in one go.

Wandering in life and death, sinking into the sea of suffering, forever losing the true way. There was a time when I thought about solving myself, but by chance, I saw the Qing Jing Sutra and I liked reading it at that time. It slowly pulled me back from this edge. After nothing happened, I thought about memorizing it.
When people are always pure, everything in heaven and earth returns.
The second scripture I read, wise people say that this scripture is the most mysterious of all mysteries, but one cannot insist on it. Instead, it can only be understood by looking back.
