The first two editions of "Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Ophthalmology" have been printed more than ten times since its publication. Its distinctive features of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine ophthalmology have been well received by universities. However, ophthalmology is developing at a rapid pace and advanced technologies are emerging one after another. In order to reflect the advancement of the teaching materials with the times, commissioned by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, guided by the National Research Association for the Construction of Advanced Traditional Chinese Medicine Textbooks and the China Press of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and with the help of many Chinese and Western medical schools and many ophthalmology experts across the country, the reprint and revision of "Ophthalmology with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine" was completed. This textbook actively accepts feedback from the preparation and use process of the previous version of the textbook, adds new technologies and new methods in ophthalmic clinical practice in recent years, and introduces development trends and developments in a timely manner. At the same time, the previous edition has been appropriately streamlined based on the characteristics of students, teachers and disciplines, striving to make the reprinted "Ophthalmology of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine" more practical, advanced and scientific. This book is very good! It is a textbook for the 13th Five-Year Plan and was revised jointly by many Chinese and Western medical schools and many ophthalmology experts across the country. The content is very practical. The book also introduces many new technologies in ophthalmology, which are very advanced. I think this is a good textbook for those who study ophthalmology integrating traditional Chinese and Western medicine. As the book says, "The eyes are the essence of the five internal organs and the most precious treasure of the body." Mastering this knowledge can help more people protect their eye health.
