This book seemed to open a door to Indian history and allowed me to see a different world. The author's writing is vivid and interesting, just like my friend telling me a story. Moreover, the content in the book is very rich, and the various historical details opened my eyes! This reminds me of "Guns, Germs, and Steel", which is also a history book full of novel perspectives. I think "The Fall of the Indian Empire" is worth reading and will give us a lot to think about.
