He Was the First to Fall for Me

[Cool beauty × scheming, devoted wolf-dog; long-planned pursuit; one-on-one, both leads have no past relationships]

The night she broke up with her boyfriend, Lin Xi found a handsome NPC guy who looked sweet and well-behaved.

“Sing your big sister a Cantonese song, will you?”

“Big sister, I only sell... I don't perform.”

The guy was handsome and gentle, with a voice that could melt her. Lin Xi couldn't resist and kept him by her side.

When facing Lin Xi's ex-boyfriend, Xie Chong says, “I'm not as above it all as Big Sister. I'd at least have to beat that dog to death.”

When facing Lin Xi's childhood friend, Xie Chong says, “Big Brother didn't mean to. He just doesn't like me staying by Big Sister's side.”

When facing Lin Xi's fiancé, Xie Chong says, “He and Big Sister are a perfect match. All I can give her is everything I have.”

When facing Lin Xi's admirers, Xie Chong says, “I hope we can compete fairly. I'm sure I have the advantage when it comes to physical fitness.”

Only in the end does Lin Xi discover that the man beside her isn't some poor, helpless little victim at all. He's a scheming, deranged wolf who's been plotting for ages, waiting for her to take the bait before showing his fangs.
