I was fascinated by the historical figures mentioned in this book and their resourcefulness! Just like Zhao Chongguo, his ideas of "win with totality" and "fight with noble plans but cheap war" are really powerful. I think of a friend of mine who always likes to use resourcefulness to solve problems at work, which is very similar to Zhao Chongguo. However, I kind of hate Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty. Although he had certain achievements in history, his exclusive respect for Confucianism made me think he was a bit authoritarian. Overall, this book was interesting and gave me a deeper understanding of history.
