Genshin Impact: A Diary of Life with a Puppet

One-line introduction: A story about a young puppeteer who is dazzled by a puppet at first sight, then falls deeply for him. Content warning: Scaramouche (from Kabukimono to Wanderer) x “Me” (Caisu). Except in special cases where an omniscient perspective is used, the story is told in first person, sharing the protagonist's point of view. The worldbuilding is the author's own, so feel free to ship them or insert yourself into the story. If it's not for you, please move on. Kabukimono appears in Chapter 13. Official synopsis: “A Poem of Confession, from Us to Freedom” I met a puppet. I fell for his beauty, elegance, and grace. That touch of blankness I saw when we first met made me all the more greedy to adorn him with my colors. The cruel tides of fate washed away his pure white, spreading scarlet and ink across him; but still, my gaze will follow him, for he awakened my true feelings and love. In return, I offer him my sincere heart, and will accompany him as he searches for his purpose in this world. Even my fleeting lifespan cannot stand in my way. We are so alike, both brave enough to give everything in pursuit of a distant future that still holds hope.
