Lost on the Road to Happiness

On the first day after divorcing a rising star in investment banking, Lu Fuyi is dragged by her friends to a matchmaking event.

There she meets a man named Yao Luming. Their names both come from the same poem in the Book of Songs: “Yo yo calls the deer, cai cai gathers the fuyi herb.”

Yao Luming's sunny, easygoing nature and straightforward way of expressing himself make Fuyi, who was always insecure in her previous marriage and never received love in return, fall for him.

Just as Yao Luming begins to open Fuyi's heart, her ex-husband Jin Ze reappears. A rising star in investment banking who has suffered from psychological illness since childhood, he loves Fuyi with all his heart but is completely unable to express it. And so the entanglement between the three begins.

A fight to the bitter end.
