Shao Qinjian went all the way north and opened up northern business channels through the Vladivostok port. His wife Ma Lanhua, who had shared weal and woe, was also willing to stay in the Northeast. She assisted Liu Peizhi, the big boss of Tianxingfu Company, to establish the Tianxingfu branch in Harbin and purchased tens of thousands of acres of land in the Northeast, laying the foundation for Tianxingfu.
