This book gave me a new understanding of martial arts training! The book mentions that "there is no nurture, how can there be innateness", just like love, it needs to lay a solid foundation first in order to last longer. My boyfriend and I would exercise together when we were in love. This not only strengthened our bodies, but also made our relationship deeper. The same goes for practicing martial arts and practicing Taoism. You must first strengthen the outer elixir and then refine the inner elixir. Only by taking one step at a time can you achieve something. This book is really inspiring!
