Damp-Heat Diseases

"Dampness and Heat Diseases" is another type of book written by Xue Shengbai. Damp-heat syndrome begins with aversion to cold, but later becomes hot but not cold, with sweating in the chest, white tongue, and thirst without inducing drinking. Note, this article is an outline of damp-heat syndrome. Most damp-heat diseases are Yangming and Taiyin. If the middle Qi is strong, the disease is in Yangming. If the middle Qi is deficient, the disease is in Taiyin. If the disease is on the surface of the two meridians, it is mostly Shaoyang and triple burner. If the disease is on the two meridians, it will combine Yin and wind wood, with Shaoyang and Yin, with the same division and fire. Up and down, full of violent rebellion, so this syndrome is most likely to cause deafness, retching, convulsions and convulsions, which are not mentioned in the outline, because the above syndromes are all changes seen in damp-heat diseases, and are not always seen in damp-heat diseases. The initial aversion to cold is when the yang is suppressed by dampness and aversion to cold. In the end, it is not the aversion to cold if the cold hurts the surface. Later, if the heat is not cold, then the stagnation becomes heat, and the aversion to heat occurs.
