[Showbiz + Singing God + Rural Teaching + System]
Su Bai is reborn in a parallel world. That year, he goes to teach in a rural village and unexpectedly binds himself to a sign-in System.
By signing in again and again in Li Village, he receives rewards, most of them songs.
He teaches the children to sing and posts videos on Douyin in his spare time.
In his first short video, the line “Walking alone down a dark alley” becomes a secret phrase used by elementary school students across the country.
His second short video, with its soothing melody, comforts countless children with autism and prompts national-level departments to like and share it.
In his third short video, the line “Tear down the east wall to patch up the west” resonates with countless people who are dissatisfied with their lives.
Boss Yang: Your songs have such a magical power. If I get the chance, I have to hear your story in person.
Reba: Boo-hoo, when are you going to debut, Su Bai? I want to go to your concert and hear you sing to my heart’s content!
His fourth short video is just a few lines sung a cappella, but it moves a fugitive to reveal his crimes in the comments, where he is promptly arrested. Police-related media accounts across the country like and share the video.
His fifth short video, “Dissolve Worries,” leaves the whole internet in tears, yet his fans can’t find a single music album by Su Bai anywhere.
“Teacher Su! Please, please debut! I’m begging you! If I can’t hear your songs, I might be miserable for a very, very long time!”
“Su Bai, I want to be your biggest fan. Give me a chance!”
“...”
Later, Boss Yang comes to the impoverished village. “Su Bai! Come with me. I need you...”
