Synopsis

A lively yet serious history of the founding of the Communist Party of China, created by the Half-Hour Comics team together with scholars and experts from the Memorial Hall of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Developed as an introductory book specifically for young readers, every detail has been rigorously verified. Using the comic format children love, it tells the story of the Party’s birth. Chen Duxiu in the south and Li Dazhao in the north agree to establish the Party. Early Communist organizations are formed across the country, and delegates make their way to Shanghai. The congress opens on July 23, 1921, and proceeds amid mounting tension. On July 30, secret agents storm the meeting venue at night, forcing the final day of the congress to move to Jiaxing, Zhejiang... As it vividly recreates these historical events, the book focuses on connecting them through the cause-and-effect relationships between events and their timing, helping children understand not only what happened, but why it happened. Open this book to learn the story of the founding of the Communist Party of China with ease, and gain a deeper appreciation of the great spirit that inspired its founding!

Looking for Books to Help with Middle School Studies!! (Done)

My grades started dropping sharply in middle school. I studied and understood the material, and got most practice questions right, but somehow always messed up on exams. Now I'm already in high school! My final score was actually pretty decent. Thanks for all the book recommendations, even though I didn't read them. I'll treat this post as a memento.
