A bright mirror is not a stand: People in the world compare the original mind to a bright mirror, but the original mind is not a fixed mirror stand and has no tangible carrier. 3. There is nothing in the beginning: the pure nature of human beings, the sky is silent, not attached to all things, does not contain any distracting thoughts and external objects, and is empty. 4. Where does the dust come from: Since the original mind is originally empty and has no attachments, how can it be contaminated with "dust" such as worries and desires?

Being able to breathe in and out is the way of life and the way of life. If you breathe freely, you will inhale uncontrollably. Exhaling is excretion or waste gas, and inhaling is life or nutrition. It is impossible to tell what kind of nutrition it is. No need to distinguish. Nutrition is what sustains life!
