We often get lost in the busyness, chasing illusory goals, but forget that true prosperity comes from inner peace. Troubles do not come from the outside world, but from our inner recognition and reaction to external things. Changing your cognition can change your worries. Don't waste your life in unnecessary worries and troubles. Focus on the present and experience every moment of life with your heart. When you let go of your attachment to external things and return to inner peace, you will find that life can be very simple and happiness is always around you. (It is highly recommended to read the phonetic version of the original text at the end to experience the Buddha's wisdom of emptiness from the most original text) [All appearances are false. If you see that all forms are not true, then you will see the Tathagata] All external appearances are illusory and unreal. If you can see through the essence of the appearance and not be confused by the external appearance, you can transcend your attachment to the material world and understand the reality of all dharmas. [All conditioned phenomena are like bubbles in a dream, like dew or lightning, and should be viewed as such] All things in the world that are caused by a combination of causes and conditions are as fleeting and impermanent as dreams, hallucinations, bubbles, dew, and lightning. By looking at everything from this perspective, we can let go of our obsession with eternity. [There should be no place to live but the heart should be born] The mind should not be attached to any external appearance (colorless sound, fragrance, touch, law), maintain a pure and untainted state, and generate mindfulness in non-attachment. [No sign of self, no sign of no one, no sign of living beings, no sign of lifespan] Get rid of the attachment to self, others, sentient beings and longevity, and let go of the distinction between the individual and the outside world. [A Bodhisattva should live in charity without dwelling on the Dharma. It is said that he should never dwell on the form of giving, and should never dwell on the sound, fragrance, and touch of the Dharma] True generosity should not be attached to external forms or rewards, but should benefit all sentient beings without any worries. [Away from all appearances, that is, called Buddhas] Completely let go of attachment to all external appearances, have no distracting thoughts in your mind, and be able to correspond with your Buddha nature at the moment. You can see the Tathagata physically Buddha is not an external concrete image and cannot be recognized through visible forms. [If you see me with my form and seek me with my voice, you are on a wrong path and cannot see the Tathagata] If you insist on looking for the Buddha through external images or sounds, you have deviated from the right path; the Buddha nature is inherent and needs to be awakened from within. [The Tathagata has nowhere to come from and nowhere to go, hence the name Tathagata] Buddha-nature is immortal and exists in the essence of all things, rather than in a fixed form or location. [The past cannot be grasped, the present mind cannot be grasped, and the future mind cannot be grasped] Thoughts of the past, present, and future are all false and should not be constrained by them. Summary If you recite these words often, you can feel the voice of wisdom that has traveled through thousands of years. Break away from attachment to appearances, accept impermanence, and live in the present moment. Find inner peace in a fast-paced, high-stress life. Face the challenges of life in a more open-minded and calm manner, and finish this life with a spiritual attitude.
There should be no place to live, but to live in the heart. The most critical words are "live" and "heart". Dwelling refers to the extent to which a person is attached to the secular world and material things, that is, he or she cannot "dwell" with delusions, distinctions, and attachments, because these delusions and separations hinder people's character and prevent their wisdom and virtue from being revealed. Heart refers to a person's understanding of the Zen meaning of Buddhism. The human mind is like a huge treasure, which contains immeasurable wisdom, immeasurable virtue, and immeasurable goodwill. Only by having no attachment to worldly material can one have a profound understanding of it. To have no dwelling means to have no attachment, that is to say, a person should have no psychological entanglements and worries. Zen Buddhism believes that attachment is the root cause of trouble and pain. Once you let go of this entanglement and concern for people and things, you can extinguish your troubles and gain inner peace and tranquility. Dealing with things with this mentality can focus your attention on the current activity, which is what it means to be born. Based on the explanations found here, I am grateful for what I have seen and realized. I am also grateful for the author's true knowledge and insight. Those who have the bodhicitta should know all dharma in this way, see it in this way, believe in it and understand it in this way, and no appearance of the dharma will arise. From this point onwards, we have true knowledge, true views, true faith and true understanding, and then we will never know or see all dharma. 🙏Everything that you hear and be happy about will surely resonate in your heart. If you agree with it, you will truly feel it and believe it, and you will not be in vain if you follow it.
I read this scripture very quickly, mainly because the translation is relatively easy to understand. After reading it, my mind felt a little empty. I hope that one day I can realize that it is also emptiness, empty out concepts, ideas and words, and look with my heart to feel the original existence. "All appearances are false. If you see all appearances that are not appearances, then you will see the Tathagata." All these appearances or phenomena are not stable and self-sufficient. They are all formed by the combination of causes and conditions. When you rely on this impermanent appearance and seek a so-called eternity, it will naturally be an illusion. The focus is not on appearance, but on the heart. Our mentality when looking at things is to see the essence through phenomena and the whole through parts, and not be attached to ever-changing appearances. The Sixth Patriarch Huineng's "Bodhi tree is not a tree, and a mirror is not a stand; there is nothing in the first place, so how can it attract dust." This is also consistent with this truth. "There should be no place to live but the heart to live in." I fully accept everything that exists, without attachment or non-attachment, do what I can do, and allow everything to pass through my heart, but not stay in my heart. Liberating ourselves from the illusions and thoughts we cling to, our true nature will emerge. Our mind cultivation and study are just a guide, and we have not created anything new. This discerning mind already exists, but it is just blinded by various delusions. "If a Bodhisattva has the appearance of myself, the appearance of a human being, the appearance of living beings, or the appearance of a person with a long life, then he is not a Bodhisattva." Don't be discriminating. Give power to whatever you are attached to. Let go of attachment to yourself, attachment to others, attachment to all living beings, and attachment to life and death. Don't regard fantasy as reality. People always want to control these appearances, but are controlled by them. "The past cannot be grasped, the present cannot be grasped, and the future cannot be grasped." Time is just a concept. It is a flowing whole. It can only be distinguished by people using the past, present and future. This is an illusion created by people. Other lives do not have such a concept and only live in this present moment. Human beings are clever in inventing many concepts, but have you ever thought that they would trap you to a certain extent? The past, present and future are only in this moment. I felt it deeply when I watched "The Power of Now", and I always reminded myself that fighting against inherent concepts and habits is really a difficult and long process.
After reading it, people's thoughts will be sublimated very quickly! Worth reading for everyone!
The content of the book is very down-to-earth, explained in a clear and logical way, and is boundless!
Thank you. Thank you for this book that allowed me to find my spiritual home.
After reading this book, I have a deeper understanding of compassion and the equality of all living beings. When reading the Bible, you must understand the original meaning and deep meaning of the Bible. Only by knowing that we can cultivate ourselves in reality can we improve our realm.
Easy-to-understand explanations of Buddhist scriptures [Like] [Like] [Like], Understand the principles of the Four Noble Truths. Truth means truth, and the so-called Four Truths are four kinds of truth. The first is the truth of suffering, the truth about suffering. It is a truth that all actions in the world cause pain.
It's particularly easy to explain. It's very powerful, calms the mind and body, and helps people think in an orderly manner.

In this complicated world, we are confused and forced to move forward. We are coerced and driven by desires, but we don't know what we really want in our hearts. Fortunately I read this book. I hope I can face the past, present and future naturally, calmly and without joy or sorrow.
I used to often recite the Diamond Sutra, but I never had a deep understanding of its meaning. After several years of experience and study, I had a deep understanding after reading the analysis of this Diamond Sutra. It is a book worth reading.
Yes, it can have a soothing effect. I understand that all the things I pursue are illusions. Living is only a few decades. I can leave at any time. I rush to death from birth. Therefore, there is no need to lose the original happiness and pursue nothingness. There is no perfection in the world. Life is full of shortcomings.
The unpretentious and easy-to-understand explanations are very suitable for anxious people to read and enlighten themselves. Human life is nothing more than this.

Looking at the void in the ten directions, there are infinite possibilities; the reincarnation of time makes me want to see where I reincarnate from, so life is endless, so there is no need to chase, it is the only way we must pass. Thank you, the author, for showing me a small yet grand experience. Just live like this every day. The present moment is enough!
It is a very good book that allows people who study Buddhism to understand the principles of the scriptures in vernacular language.
