Editor's recommendation
Practical school, a different kind of practical school, a practical school with profound academic skills.
Combining reality with reality, and refining investment concepts through cases.
It captures the pain points of large enterprises and is also close to the concerns of small and medium-sized enterprises; it has investment experience from trading enterprises and also presents the industrial transformation story of international engineering enterprises.

This book is very practical! It explains the capital layout of Chinese enterprises from multiple angles. The content is very systematic and the cases are rich. I particularly like the part about risk management of investment projects in the book, and the suggestions given are very practical. However, I kind of hate the "Zhao Kuo" character in the book, who only talks about empty theories and is unrealistic. As the book says: "A theory without practice is just empty talk." This sentence really hits the nail on the head! All in all, this is a book well worth reading.
