Train Survival: I Got Map Hints

(A survival-focused infinite-world story, a power fantasy, no saintly protagonist, System, no female lead) Nan Chen lives in the world's most famous psychiatric hospital, where eleven incurable mental patients are confined. He is the only sane person there, framed as mentally ill by his own family and locked away. After being conditioned by the eleven patients, Nan Chen becomes a rational madman who knows how to talk to people and ghosts alike. One day, he suddenly wakes up to find himself aboard a dangerous train. Unlike everyone else's, the “beginner's handbook” he receives is a blank sheet of paper. Once the train reaches a station, it refreshes with a map, resources, and warnings about monsters. Following the map, Nan Chen encounters: A merchant who loves forcing people to buy things. After Nan Chen tricks him into selling things at a loss, the merchant even becomes more fond of him. A hulking, powerful zombie who turns out to be a masochist: he rewards Nan Chen even as Nan Chen beats him. Sadako, who frets about her bald head, and a hopping vampire who can't jump very high... These monsters terrify everyone else, but they make Nan Chen unusually excited.
