The Mysterious Peak!
The Demon Lamp! The Death List!
These three terms quickly spread once more. Together, they represented the three stages of death for a martial arts master. Whenever people in the martial world heard them, they were struck with terror, afraid that one day their own names would appear at the top of the Death List.
For ten years, the great martial arts sects, the orthodox and unorthodox factions, and all manner of strange and unusual talents had focused their attention on this mysterious peak. They had all set out to explore its secrets. Yet year after year, the bells rang, the Demon Lamp appeared, and the names and heads on the Death List continued to mount. Still, no one had found the slightest clue about the peak's secrets. Nor had anyone managed to fly across its deep ravines or climb its towering, cloud-shrouded summit to uncover what lay above.
A bit interesting, the excitement continues
The plot of the story is good, but the titles of each chapter, including the title of the book, are a bit "out of touch" and the language is not sophisticated enough. Of course the author is already very good.
