Synopsis

[No System + Original Ultraman + High-octane fun + Absurd comedy + Scheming heroine + Behind-the-scenes plot + Multiple universes] (A slow-burn story. Original Ultraman characters need some buildup. The heroine grows over time and is sweet on the outside, dark on the inside. The plot is relatively low-key from the start.) What’s it like having a sister with an overdeveloped sense of justice? Fujiwara Chiori knows all too well. From childhood onward, every bit of wrongdoing around her was crushed beneath her sister’s righteous fists. She was like a bird in a cage, always on the front lines, fighting to break free. She thought life would carry on in this plain, uneventful way, but reality took a sharp turn. That day, a monster dozens of meters tall rampaged through the city, taking human lives in a frenzy. Can someone tell her how her sister turned into the Giant of Light from a tokusatsu show? (The synopsis doesn’t do it justice, so head to the story itself. Comments are welcome; please be gentle if it’s not your thing.)
