How Did I Transmigrate and Turn into a Man?

(I started writing this because a friend wanted to read it. She said it had to be about esports, and the game had to be full-dive. So I racked my brains, looked at it from every angle, and pieced together a strange game to use as an esports title. Don't flame me if it's bad. If you do, you're the one who's right.) A girl dies after staying up all night reading a novel, then transmigrates to another world. When she wakes up, she discovers she's become an adorable boy. She even finds out that her best friend transmigrated with her and also turned into a boy.
