The Ghost Warden's Heroic Spirit Ledger

[Ghosts and monsters meets cyberpunk! The protagonist is an invincible ghost official. The story is a slow burn, so readers beware!] The ghost god Long Jiu was suppressed in the Infernal Hell for a hundred thousand years. After being released, he discovers that the gods of our magnificent Huaxia have fallen so far that they’ve even signed an unequal treaty with the Western gods! To restore Huaxia to glory, the ghost god Long Jiu decides to reshuffle the order of things, destroy the Underworld, wreak havoc in Heaven, and storm the Palace of the Celestial Emperor. Looking at the Jade Emperor trembling beneath his desk, the ghost god Long Jiu asks coldly, “The Western gods bully Huaxia, claiming we have no one to defend us, and invade and occupy our sacred land. Can you still do this job as Jade Emperor? If not, get lost!” He leads a host of heroic spirits in sounding the counterattack, driving the foreign gods back at every turn and even marching into Sakura City, Freedom City, Alpha City... “Report! The God of the West, the Lord God, has come to pay his respects and discuss a ceasefire!” The ghost god Long Jiu sneers, “Since they’re here to pay their respects, make them crawl in on their knees!” “Report! Cthulhu, the Old One, has come bearing gifts!” The ghost god Long Jiu flicks his sleeve. “Tell him to bring me a serving of takoyaki first!” “Report! Zeus has brought the gods to pay homage and is willing to bow down as my subject!” The ghost god Long Jiu brushes the dust from his shoes. “My shoes are dirty. Tell him to lick them clean.”
