The global population had fallen by 80 percent. As nations struggled to fend off the tier-three mutated sea beasts, their land defenses were forced back again and again. Then the tier-four mutated sea beasts appeared, the final straw that broke the camel's back. Human civilization was wiped from Blue Star. Then Lin Fan was reborn. He revealed his identity as someone from the future to China's leaders, and the gears of fate began to turn... When tier-three sea beasts, which in his previous life could only be stopped by H-bombs, came ashore in coastal cities around the world and plunged the globe into panic, China brought forth mech after mech, each like a god. With laughter and ease, they reduced the tier-three mutated sea beasts to dust! People all over the world were stunned. China made its name in a single battle! Seeing people proud to be Chinese, Lin Fan felt his own ambition soar! "In this life, I will change the course of everything." "I will make sure the people of China never again suffer at the hands of mutated sea beasts." "I will make China stand at the pinnacle of the world!"
