The author is an old Chinese medicine practitioner who is well versed in medical theory and has practiced medicine for more than 50 years. He has a solid theoretical foundation of Chinese medicine and rich clinical experience.
He has been thinking about life and health issues for many years. He was the first in China to study life systems as complex systems, explore the self-organizing ability of life, and was the first to put forward insightful insights such as "it is life that gets sick, not the body that gets sick."
The author's basic viewpoints in the theory of human life medicine, especially the viewpoint of human "life illness", as well as his analysis of "the self-organizing ability of the life information system" and "the controllability of the life consciousness system" not only enrich and improve the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, but also serve as the driving force for the innovation and development of modern medicine. It should be said that it marks the new development of traditional Chinese medicine in the 21st century.

The author's point of view is very unique. The book also mentions that "it's life that gets sick, not the body that gets sick." It's really insightful! But I kind of hate those complicated medical theories, they seem so difficult to understand. But some of the cases in the book are still very exciting and have benefited me a lot. All in all, this is a great book worth reading!
It's so beautiful, I have to watch it several times
Traditional Chinese Medicine respects the life system
This book is very objective, describing the profoundness of traditional Chinese medicine from basic theories and case studies. It would be better if the medical records plus prescriptions
Thanks for the platform!

This book is very good and has rich content
It is a book worth reading. It breaks down many concepts that have been instilled intentionally or unintentionally, and gives a certain understanding of the real Chinese medicine.
