Blue Dragon

The Azure Dragon is one way the ancient Chinese depicted a mythical beast transformed in a dream. Dreams are unreal by nature, and among the twelve zodiac animals, the dragon is the only fictional one, aside from a few urban legends. In 1967, Country Z officially established Institute 307. In 1980, Institute 307 launched the Azure Dragon Project. On the surface, it researched meteorology and aquatic ecosystems, but behind the scenes, it studied dream neurons and dream control. And the researchers at the institute were not all from Country Z.
