Synopsis

Heaven and Earth are not benevolent; they treat all things as straw dogs. What is Heaven and Earth? If you want to live, you must remake the world.

The Void Realm is boundless, endlessly cycling back on itself. Within it, a giant spirit formed from consciousness began in an undeveloped state. After a long time, its consciousness gradually awakened. The awakened giant spirit knew joy and anger, but not good and evil. The joyful part of it took shape as the universe. From its barren beginnings to the many orderly mechanisms that govern it, especially the emergence of life, everything was the giant spirit's masterpiece. The entire universe was like a complex operating system, painstakingly created by the giant spirit. To avoid sharing the fate of the dinosaurs, whom the giant spirit had destroyed as the dominant species, humanity's way of fighting back was to create viruses within the "operating system"...

Most books feel cut from the same cloth, all using the same formula. I'm not asking for something that invents a whole new genre, just something a little fresh. Fellow readers, please recommend some.
