Huang Di Nei Jing Health Preservation Wisdom: the Book of the Origin of Health Preservation of Traditional Chinese Medicine

"The Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic" is the earliest existing medical classic in my country. It reflects the medical achievements of ancient my country, created the theoretical system of Chinese medicine, and laid the foundation for the development of traditional Chinese medicine. "Compendium of Materia Medica" is a masterpiece compiled by Li Shizhen after decades of practice and research, based on inheriting and summarizing previous achievements in materia medica, combined with the author's extensive pharmaceutical knowledge accumulated through long-term study and interviews. The book corrects several errors in past herbal medicine, integrates a large amount of scientific data, proposes a more scientific drug classification method, incorporates advanced biological evolution ideas, and reflects rich clinical practice. The "Soup Song Jue" written by Wang Ang when he was 80 years old selected 320 famous prescriptions and classified them into 20 categories. The most special thing is that he wrote these decoctions into songs in a seven-character poem style, and wrote the name, medication, indication, addition and subtraction of each decoction and other information into the song. The content is concise and to the point, the rhyme is neat, and the influence is quite extensive. It has become a good talk in the medical field for a while. Later, on the basis of Wang Ang's "Soup Song Jue", Yan Cangshan added nearly 100 newly produced and previously uncompiled famous soup soup songs as supplements, making the content of "Soup Song Jue" more substantial and comprehensive. The book "Lao Lao Heng Yan" written by Cao Tingdong, a health expert in the Qing Dynasty, inherited the health theory of the "Huangdi Neijing" and extensively collected the essence of health books of the past dynasties. However, he did not blindly follow these views, but practiced it himself to form his own unique and distinctive views on health.
