As you get older, worry more, and have poor physical strength, you will easily become in a state where the heart and kidneys are not in harmony, and if the heart and kidneys are not in harmony, you will suffer from insomnia. When I see those young people, they are not worried about tomorrow, they are extremely energetic, their heart and kidneys are in constant communication, so of course they are addicted to sleep. Young people being sentimental will of course also cause heart-kidney disharmony. If the heart and kidneys are not in harmony, it is necessary to use Kan water to resolve it, in order to achieve a state in which both water and fire are harmonious. So what is Kanshui? If you can keep your mind and spirit in a state of absolute tranquility and stability, it means that Kanshui will occur. This is a Taoist theory.
