Humanity’s greatest misconception about them is that they’re nothing but a pack of savage animals, born only to await extinction.

Jiang Lai, a thirty-year-old woman with a PhD in English from Chongqing A University, was riding a roller coaster on her birthday when an accident sent her soul to an age of dinosaurs. Her soul inhabits Celia, a uniquely beautiful human whom King Dila has just adopted. It is an era when humans and dinosaurs coexist.

Humans and dinosaurs live together in a mutually beneficial relationship. Meanwhile, pterosaurs raised by humans, along with dinosaurs, serve in the armies of various nations. They are soldiers tasked with defending their homes and protecting their country.

At first, the heroine Jiang Lai refuses to believe or accept that she has transmigrated. Then she begins earnestly searching for a way back to reality, and ultimately comes to shoulder her responsibilities to the nation as a princess.

The novel vividly portrays the bonds between people, pterosaurs, and dinosaurs, revealing their “true” nature and challenging humanity’s ingrained belief that dinosaurs were savage.
