Buddha Nourishes the Heart, Tao Nourishes the Nature: If You Cultivate Compassion, Blessings Will Come Naturally

What is compassion? Loving all sentient beings and giving happiness (and joy) is called loving-kindness; feeling sympathy for their suffering, showing compassion to all sentient beings, and eradicating their suffering (removing suffering) is called compassion: the two together are called compassion. Compassion is the root of all virtues, compassion is infinite wisdom, and compassion is great love. Being able to feel the pain of all living beings, being kind to all living beings, and having the heart to help all living beings get rid of suffering is compassion. Compassion includes letting go of attachments, maintaining a righteous mind, being tolerant, and adapting to circumstances, etc. This book is divided into eight chapters, with Buddhist thought as the core, explaining the blessings that compassion brings to us and how to cultivate compassion from eight aspects: kindness, letting go, meditation, doing things, tolerance, wisdom, normal mind, and letting go. The book also contains sections such as "Buddha's Aphorisms", "Zen Wise Sayings", "Buddhist Classics", and "Buddha's Heart Stories", allowing readers to better understand and appreciate Buddhism. I am the Buddha who is compassionate. Compassion is Buddha. Buddha is compassion.
